SetNForget Systems ("SetNForget," "we," "us") provides done-for-you websites, an AI phone and SMS front desk, local SEO, and review automation for home-service contractors. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site, contact us, or use our services, and how we handle it.

• Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade, service area, and anything you include in a message, form, or onboarding call.
• Service data: call recordings and transcripts, SMS messages, booked appointments, customer contact details you or your customers provide, reviews, and the content of your website.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar analytics, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to operate and improve the services you bought: answering and routing your calls, sending review requests and missed-call texts, building and maintaining your website, managing your local SEO, providing support, billing, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customers' contact data for any purpose other than delivering your service.

You own your data — your website, your domain, your phone number, your reviews, your customer records, and your call transcripts. If you cancel, you keep all of it. On request we will provide an export of your data and, where you ask us to, delete it from our active systems, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

We share data only with vendors that help us deliver the service — for example, telephony and SMS providers, hosting, calendar and CRM integrations, payment processors, and analytics. These providers are bound to use the data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our AI front desk may record and transcribe inbound calls to qualify and book jobs. Where required by law, callers are notified that the call may be recorded. SMS messages we send on your behalf are sent through registered A2P channels and follow the consent rules described in our Messaging Policy.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to the people and systems that need it. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it on a reasonable schedule unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@setnforget.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.
