Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this site — and the sites we build — usable by everyone.

01

Our commitment

SetNForget Systems ("SetNForget") is committed to making our website and the websites we build for our clients accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard recognized by regulators and the courts as a reasonable benchmark for accessible web content.

02

What WCAG 2.2 AA means in practice

We design and build with the following in mind:

  • Text and interactive elements meet AA color-contrast ratios.
  • The site is operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear, programmatically associated error messages — never color or placeholder text alone.
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative images are marked as such.
  • Content uses proper heading structure and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it.
  • Tap targets are large enough to use comfortably on a phone, and the layout reflows without loss of content when zoomed.
  • Motion is limited and respects reduced-motion preferences.

03

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is a practice, not a one-time checkbox. We review accessibility as part of building and maintaining sites, and we work to fix issues we find or that are reported to us. As guidelines and technology evolve, so does our approach.

04

Third-party content

Some components — such as embedded calendars, maps, or review widgets — are provided by third parties whose accessibility we don't fully control. Where we can, we choose accessible providers and offer an alternative way to reach the same outcome (for example, a phone number alongside an embedded booking calendar).

05

Report an issue or request help

If you encounter any part of this site that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us — we want to fix it and to help you get what you came for. Email hello@setnforget.com or call (555) 213-7890. Please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can respond quickly.
